1. How do I access the Advanced Search functionality?
To access this feature, sellers must subscribe to Selling Manager (free subscription) or Selling Manager Pro (monthly subscription). Once subscribed:
2. Can Advanced Search be used on listings that have ended?
Advanced Search is available for active listings only. However, both Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro have existing search functionality that allows you to search against listings that have ended.
3. When can the Advanced Search functionality be used?
The Advanced Search functionality can be used when sellers need to identify active listings that do not comply with a requirement, such as updating item condition using the new values, or identifying a subset of Good ‘Til Cancelled listings to send to auction.
4. What are some of the search fields I can use in Advanced Search?
The Advanced Search functionality offers a great deal of flexibility. Any of the following fields may be used in a search query: Title, Category, Condition, Catalogue Product, eBay Site, Description, Format, Starting Price, Current Price, Bid count, Reserve Price, Buy It Now Price, Best Offer, Duration, Quantity, Payment Method, Free Shipping, Handling Time, Get it Fast, Item Location Zip Code, Return Policy, and Time Left.
5. What fields can sellers edit with the beta version?
The price, quantity, title and subtitle fields will be available immediately. In addition, the item condition field will also be accessible enabling sellers to update their listings with the new item condition values.
Please note that as this is a test, not all fields are available to edit in the beta version. As such, sellers may choose to opt in and opt out of the test, as required, in order to access the relevant fields for editing.
