Review our Seller Checklist |
1. What happens if the category I’m listing in is deleted?
Should this happen, your listing will be moved automatically to the next most relevant category that has been defined based on the category change being implemented. Should you need to relist any items in an affected category after the changes have been made, please revise your listings (including Good ‘Til Cancelled listings) and use the new category structure.
2. What happens if my listing is automatically moved to a new category, but I would prefer my listing to be in a different category? Will I lose my recent sales score?
Following previous enhancements to the Best Match sort order, sellers will not lose their recent sales score when moving their listing to another category.
