  • More descriptive values for item condition: From 10 May, start using the new item condition values in new listings. Learn more
  • Review your opened and unresolved buyer cases in your Seller Dashboard: From May, this will be visible in your Seller Dashboard, and will come into effect only in September 2010. Learn more
  • New dispatch option in the events ticket category NOW AVAILABLE: Use the new dispatch option of 45, 60 or 90 days to enhance your listings. Learn more (Seller News April 2010)

June 2010

  • Category changes in June 2010: From 1 June, review your listings to ensure they are in line with category changes. Learn more
  • Improved functionality in bulk listing, relisting and sell similar flows. From mid-June, opt in to use the beta version of the improved functionality. Learn more
  • Auto answers save time to answer buyers questions: From mid-June, sellers with business accounts are opted in to help them reduce email volume. Learn more
